Company History & The Lothrop Name

The Lothrop name was chosen in honor of the late Richard Alden Lothrop. Richard owned and operated a small construction company that went by the name of RichLo Electric Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Maine for over 30 years. RichLo EPH&C ensured value to its customers for all of those years in the form of the highest quality workmanship possible. While supporting his wife and two children, Richard worked diligently day in and day out, underwent rigorous training, continued his education, and sought perfection in his work throughout his lifetime to make RichLo successful in doing this every year it was in business. Lothrop Companies, Inc carries on the philosophies and traditions set forth by Richard Lothrop as he inspired the very fruition of this company, its mission, and the philosophy that drives it.
